Parkruns are every weekend .. club rubs arent, priority for me and most other club runners are to attend these and use parkruns as infills.

Went to Delamere Parkrun for the first time this morning, figuring it would be ok on forest paths.
Was intending to go to Dewsbury - next week perhaps.

I run better before lunch. 9:00 to 10:00 window is optimal after Porridge at 7:00
Skipped Parkrun today for a 14 mile Bimble on Bleaklow (weather was just too nice not to be high). I didn't think of the Stagger option - Chapeau.
Last weekend was the first time I've started a Parkrun and not finished it. Ran first two laps of Oldham at normal pace but then felt queezy on the start of the final lap and pulled out, Felt fine 10 minutes later so not sure what happened, weird.

All tarmac and long straight downs and a couple of short ups. Should quicken me for the Bofra's

PS excellent time for you today, sub 20 is waiting. Well done.
Yes, Aylesbury's definitely good for PBs if you're coming from elsewhere. I was hoping for another today since I haven't got many miles in this week and legs were fresh but I was actually 9secs slower. Maybe due to the hacking, chesty cough I've suddenly developed or maybe I just ran unusually well last week.

Anyone know what the Burnley run is like? -tarmac or gravel, 'hilly' or flat? I will hopefully be up there in a couple of weeks and since I can't see any fell races in the calendar that w/e I may give it a whirl. ..... On the other hand, with only a few precious days with the opportunity to get out on the moors I'll maybe choose a solo run on the tops somewhere instead.

Anyone want a quiet parkrun in West Yorks get along to Cross Flatts park (Beeston, south Leeds) - roughly 50 runners today compared with the mega-numbers at Bradford, Leeds & particularly Huddersfield.

Not in Lancs but the South Manchester parkrun in Platt Fields is flat as a fluke.

PS I think your question should read 'Are there any fast, flat parkruns in Lancs'
