getting changed to go for a run.. in my socks.. still ot sure but slipped off the steps and went flying down the stairs and my toe caught on the bannister.. I still went for the run but was 13 min miling.. then the next day did 10 and felt sore but thought it was OK.. but since then its been worse and worse...
Cut my back up as well..so could have been worse.. and its not a bad time for a break..
