Shortish run this morning, breakfast run from accelerate shop. Nice and gentle, made exceptional as it wasmy baby daughter's first time out in the running buggy.. Pleased to report she loved it, slept for 4km and smiled for the rest... Looks like I can get back to a bitmore running again, and am now targetting a sub20minute parkrun with the buggy...

1hr hill run today in the wind and rain, 2.5 miles and a 1000ft of elevation gain, there was a time when that would of killed me but at the moment its quite easy, bring on the summer.

4.3 miles trails and bit of road at a steady pace with a friend. Lovely evening, clear sky's great to see Jupiter shining so bright!
    Need some hills tomorrow!
