good to see the points rolling in...

I made an improvement to my (big fat) zero points, with a half-decent run at Tigger Tor (1:51:36 cf Math Roberts' 1:14:08) bringing me 49 points - quite pleased with this, as it took me until April last year to register this kind of level!

    Hi DTS,

I only managed a few races last year due to work commitments but could I be included again this year?

I will not be able to race for a few more months as I am still out of the country but come May I will hopefully start finding some races.

Thanks for doing the league again.

dnf on Saturday in the Wilmot Wander, & I'm currently laid up with an ankle problem. Still...

February's races: Anglezarke Amble. And that's it so far. I'd been hoping to do the Long Mynd Valleys on Sunday, but since I cant't even walk properly at the moment it probably wouldn't be a good idea.

sore legs - Welcome Aboard! I've stashed you at the bottom of the Prem, having looked at your average points from last year
Splatcher - sorry to hear that, hope not too serious... I'm thinking of making a late bid for Anglezarke Amble myself, but need to get entry in asap...

Well what a good start to Feb.

Not planned to run but then decided to drive to the North Yorks Moors for the Broughton Woods Wobble.

    What a cracking little race.

Winner was home in 41.18 and I trailed home in 53.30. = 70pts (well pleased with that)

Steep muddy ups but some fine running to be had on the moors.

Daz, first Feb result for me at Rombald's Stride. Winner 2:54:41, me 4:08:52, 58 points please.

Remainder of my races this month are Anglezarke Amble (see you there?), Beacon Bash and a fell race yet to be decided (Flower Scar or Ovenden - any recommendations?).
