Just to let you park runners know, there will be a park run starting on the 1st of March in the grounds of Fountains Abbey, I think it will be 2 laps. Parking will be at the visitor centre. Nice cafe for drinks and grub for afters at the NT visitor centre, Keep an eye on the PR website for more details,
