A run around the Anniversary Waltz route today with my daughter, her boyfriend and our dog Penny (the one in my avatar...like me she has a acquired a lot of grey hairs since that snap was taken but she had the sprightliness of a puppy today and really enjoyed it).
Very chilly and gusty on the tops but not a drop of rain.
About 12 miles, 1200m
Yeah love those edges for running.. some lovely runnable trail loops..
Steady 10 miler tonight slow. Just booked flights for 10 days back in the UK from next Friday.. so a week of running in the highlands and a few days in the peak to come with my now fat little collie.. cant wait..
About 9 mile, Clapham to Ingleborough and back! Managed to get mis-placed on the top due to watching the birds there. Still not sure if they are Snow Buntings!? I must have turned around whilst watching them, set off thinking I was going the other way.....
My average pace was near 13 min mile!![]()
Ran 10 miles to work with my rucksack in the morning, but my knee started giving me trouble, shame as I was going well. Painful to walk afterwards so I dropped the night time club training session. I have booked in with the phyiso but she can't see me until Friday.

I didn't think running all them miles (on road?) with a 20K rucksack sounded like a good idea. I suspect the physio will think likewise.
