(To be fair its probably too late now for me to get care assistance for Harry, my border collie, anyway)

There's a couple of reliable local lads looking for run if anyone wants to a form scratch team ( they were in Team Edale). See HPM or Dark Peak facebook page

Sorry Steve just realised you were Team Edale! Heard that Pete Fraser-Smith was available too

Apologies Stolly, I'd not noticed your earlier post when I saw Steve's just after my backup said they couldn't join us. Hope you get a place and Harry gets looked after.

Rainbow worriers have had a man drop out so we need a new team member, realistically we are looking at closer to 11 hrs than 10 this year. Team members are Chris Rainbow, Mark Ruscoe and me.

We are happy with Nav so the only requirement is a willingness to enjoy.

Not picking on you particularly Dave but just to make the general point that navigation ability is a requirement for everyone of course. Ok if one person takes the lead to find the optimum line (better if backed up by team mates) but everyone should at least be able to find their way to place of safety in case of being split up.

Just in case it happened some how- blizzard maybe - or perhaps just a severe childish falling-out over something which at 3am seems more important than getting disqualified from HPM (and subseqently other FRA races)
