Had a sneaky pre-weigh-in weigh-in. Have lost weight but not as much as I'd hoped despite running nearly everyday. Will weigh properly tomorrow and hope that the substantial increase in ascent over the last month has created heavy muscle and I am more toned and honed than the scales lead me to believe!![]()
