perfect weather at moment, cool, low cloud, claggy, no wind. perfect for the navigators and locals

Roller blader is there no one at Glossop wants it? just transfer it to them or another forumite?

Nice day out there today, a little hot if anything. Started at Hope and did the full circuit excluding up/down Ringing Roger for the start/finish. New descent after Win Hill looks suicidal unless I got my lines wrong!

If Metoffice is anything to go by then its looking like its going to be a typical Spring day on Sunday - wind, rain and low temperatures. Even possibly snow showers on Saturday!

    so....timely reminder for all

Don't forget MINIMUM full kit. If it isn't waterproof don't bring it to kit check it will fail. Hat and gloves. pleanty to eat. esp those out for more than 4 hours
If you can't give a grid ref off your map it will fail.

Don't skimp...we know what happens when you do.

    Good luck and have fun.

If you're relying on the map downloaded off the website you'll need to annotate it with the Eastings.

Will my Montane Litespeed H20 pass kit check? its sold as waterproof.. TBH if the weather is rubbbish I'll have my OMM jacket but just wondered...

If you can't make the event please let us know ASAP, we can do subs for those on the waiting list upto midday tomorrow.

If you can't make it after that date please let us know so we can adjust records entry list.

IDP, can you reserve me 4 bottles of rescue ale please. May well be in need of it after the race. I've got a horrible feeling it's going to be harder than it was in September....
