Borrowdale road

Probably not the right thread but here goes anyway.I,m staying with a large family group in Borrowdale next weekend, does anybody know the situation with the road closure near the wattendlath turn off, can I get through in a vehicle or is it a trip around the lake? Thanks all.

It was open but with temporary traffic lights about a week ago. I think the intention is to remain open but I'm sure someone with more recent local knowledge can confirm.
