    Trail shoes -too much traily surface esp around the reservoirs for anything else. Sadly I'm not doing it now but wore my New Balance MT610s when I recce'd most of the route recently.

    I am not doing the LDWA 100 next year (although I was very tempted) but my focus is on some long routes in Scotland and the lakes next year.

    I'm looking at Todmorden Boundary on 4th May...

    anybody know if they're happy with runners on that one?

    [not that I'll be going much faster than a fast walk!]

    Not done that one sorry Daz. Not sure if it's always been on the early May bank holiday weekend, but if it has it means that it clashes with marshals' LDWA hundred which I've either done or helped on.
