I ate monday!!!!
Woke up at 4:30, fine and dandy, went back to sleep, woke up at 6 and felt like I hadn't slept a wink and that I'd been on the pop the night before (which I hadn't)
How is everyone?? Hope you all had a nice weekend!!
Lots of cycling for me no running, iffy knee!
A bit stiff this fine morn ole chap! All for the best reasons though.... a fine 8 hour jaunt on Saturday!

yeh not 3 bad thanks - mostly studied the weekend away but only a couple more months to go

Hello from Mr friggin' frustrated here; no running over the weekend due to feeling crap with the fag end of a cold/bug/virus/contagion/disease that I just can't get rid of. I picked up a cold a week prior to the Borrowdale run but still carried through, despite being 'clogged' with the cold on the day of the run and the piss poor starting weather. Ever since that day, my affliction has not got better and, periodically, has got worse with bouts of the er.... Jonny Trotters
Not running at the weekend has seemed to help though and I think I've shored things up
I don't know what it is with me and big events; I always have some sort of problem (or timely excuse depending on how you look at it) on the day!
