I was up Ben Nevis last week loads of people with sandals on and carrier bags full of butties.
Its bloody rocky, dont fancy doing that race. I'd probably never run again.

yeah i'm ok just trying to find a job and get my injury's sorted out,got fitted for some orthotics before i came out of the marines and i'm just waiting for them to come through the post so i can try and sort my shins out
