What does joining up for your championship entail?
I did Castleton last night in 1.00.56. Is this race in your championship?
I PM'd my email address to you, so if you could forward me photos of Bamford results, I would appreciate that.
I still don't understand why they are unable to put the results up on the Bamford site within 24 hours of the race though. Maybe they're too busy with the sheep this time of year!!!!!
Not wanting to be offensive or upset anyone (all too easy on the 2D medium of forums), but the vast majority of ROs are volunteers and as such posting results has to be prioritised along with family, commitments; course checking; going to work, etc. As such, a few days wait is often inevitable for me, despite my eagerness to get the results out for Teggs and to see the results for any race I have done.

I don't know the circumstances of the Bamford race, but a few days is entirely understandable.

    Cheers.

    Simon

You think 24 hours is bad, I've been waiting a few months for NDG results and even emailed the RO to no avail!

Kevin - any sufficiently "felly" race can count - you just compare your time to the winner's time using the calculator link below the table - your time at Castleton gives you 59 points, so I'll put you on the board with 60 (from Bamford) for June, as only your best score in any race in a calendar month counts (so you still have chance to improve your June score...) - then it's your best 6 month-scores in the calendar year that count to your final total, so you've still got enough months to register a full quota - oh, and it's nice (but not compulsory) if you just let us know what your next few upcoming races are, mainly just to increase chances of people looking out for/getting to know each other...

BritNick - Congrats on your PB at Boar's Head, I managed to register my usual low-50's score of 51, and although the results aren't out for Welsh 1000m's I doubt I'll improve on that (!)

SamH - I think 3 months averaging 90 points qualifies you for our first ever "in-season-promotion" to the Prem (as long as nobody objects...?)

Evening Daz - thought I'd better send in an update!

May's total will have to stand, as the only other race I managed was Shutlingsloe, which is Simon Bailey's favourite race (his words before the start), so what chance did I have of a decent tally?!!

June looking like the new Bridestones race over Todmorden way & hopefully Clougha Pike, after the kids have raced in the FRA Junior champs.

    Cheers,
    Phil

I did two fell races last week. Abbey Anniversary Fell Race and Penyghent. I finished in 52:45 at Abbey Anniversary and Ted Mason did it in 37:56 so that's 61 points there and at Penyghent I finished in 1:08:58 with Craig Roberts winning in 50:46 which gives me 64 so I'll go with that.

    64 points for June please.
