That's an astonishing fall, a lot more than the 30 metres quoted. Lucky not to have headed straight into the gill. Thanks for sharing that. Scary stuff

I too came 168th in my first Borrowdale, a striking coincidence, but no chance I'll ever be 3rd there! Unless the entire field gets lost or dq'd
