Boulsworth Fell Race 2014

Boulsworth Fell Route has been altered for the 2014 race to avoid erosion on a section of the summit. Start/registration remains the same in the Fell Race Car Park and the route up to the bridleway at the fell bottom and back to the finish on the show ground remain the same. The climb up Boulsworth fell however is different with the route going straight across the bridleway at the foot of Boulsworth and climbing up to the summit near Little Saucer Stones where the route will go right towards Weather Stones but will drop down the permissive footpath before reaching the Stones or the trig (this was the ascent on previous years). The route will be marshaled and partially flagged. 6.5 miles, 1000ft. £5 entry on day 10.30am start. Full set of junior races to start as soon as senior race has set off.
