If the weather is crap get a cag on at CP4 because the route is very exposed from then on and you'll more than likely be running into the wind. I'd also have at least 1 spare gel when you leave CP4 preferably 2, the drop off Winder is very close to bonking time if you're short of energy from having run into a headwind for 6 miles.
