I went to skeg yesterday and threw myself in the sea likewise we were soaked anyway, so it made little difference

Got really quite (ignore the quite ) drunk on the fri night / sat morning......We got a bollocking for gassing at 3:30 so it was at least that time before I got to bed!

We did a 5 hour walk in the fells on sat which cleared the hangover over up pretty well but didn't do alot for being tired.
Then on sat night we had a big BBQ at the campsite but ended up huddled under a big tarpaulin (sp?) as we watched mother nature try to dump the contents of the atlantic on us.

Get any running in????

I saw the fysi on fri, I can run for 15 mins every other day this week and then 30 mins next week...... ...fortunatly I'm ok to carry on cycling so shouldn't go mad!!!

no i didn't do any running this weekend - got out friday am though so it's ok.
Yet another assignment due in next week so mostly busy working on that - got 89% on the last one so maybe i can afford to slack off a bit reckon I will get in less running than you calf!

it's a bummer but at least you can do a bit is the knee still bad then?

Knees feels ok at the mo thanks Hill but it was ok before it went ouch before so just trying to do it properly rather than my usual, well it dosen't hurt so I can start racing again straight away can't I
