i'd go for the run, wakes you up for the afternoon and then its outta the way! (thou it shouldn't be a chore)

think i will go for that run - get an hour so that's half hour run realistically by the time I get changed at each end and eat my potato salad

sadly running is a bit of a chore at the mo' - can't wait til I have a bit more time.

It either has to be do some studying for my big exam type thing. OR pop out for a run
agree it shouldn't be a chore but the run may help with that afternnon slump thing.
It's a lovely day too - make the most of it!

I take it you brought your stuff work already so the thought must be there?

You obviously have studying off to a fine art with your whopping 89% marking (well done by the way) so a little time away from it will have you feeling all clear headed and refreshed again for the next round of study

I have much the same problem, the way I look at it - I can run when the exams are out of the way, the more studying I do the sooner the exams are done, then I can get on with the training.

YES You are right Danazz - I try and have this philosophy too esp when I get a bit down because of lack of running - only a few more weeks to go for the studying but a lifetime to go running

think i will go for a little run at lunch but that leaves my evening for study
Just a bit worried about the half mara next month ah well!
