Scramble the rock face through the glare of morning sun — to run
Really should do this as it's right on my doorstep (almost literally) but it's a bit long for a comeback race after no running to speak of for 2+ years.
It's in a good cause for a fantastic little village school.
Cause tramps like us, baby we were born to run
Don't forget the final race in the Gritstone Series...the Grin and bear it - November 1st see FRA calendar or www.grinnbearit.org
A great race - mixed fell terrain, climbs and fast sections! All £ to local MRT
I really enjoyed this one today.
Thanks to the RO and the army of helpers for a great event.
Agree with the sentiments above, cracking race & really well organised. Had a little bit of everything, particularly enjoyed the boggy tussocky bit veering away from the top of Curbar edge! Felt like I went well today too which is a bonus
Loved this race, well done guys great route. Friendly marshals, a good, interesting fast course. It's going to be fun when we get a wet year.
I took a photo of the first 10 or so & my time (40th) but didn't capture them all. I think the race has a Facebook page & it definitely has a section on Curbar Primary's website - worth checking those I reckon.
