That's me doing summit marshal duties, just back from an injury so thought a competitive run might be premature.
Was up there in glorious sunshine Saturday, as part of a 45km 1800+m run from the sea at Rossbeigh to Ireland's highest point, and back down to the Climber's Inn at Glencar. Great outing, 5 of us set off at 5 to catch the dawn.
Fabulous, wonderful, lovely race! Must come back and do it again some day. Fellow in the yellow vest looks like Tommy Galvin who has come over to do Snowdon many a time - what a star man. And delighted to see Ercus Stewart is still at it - he is a man of the mountains if ever there was one!
