Ah you missed out! We got around leg 4 yesterday just about on the 23 hour pace, very wet and windy for most of the day but the cloud did clear to give a give a view as we went across Brandreth and Grey Knotts.
Indeed. A great recce cheers David. I think one point I realised was just how much wet rock could slow a round down! That's my excuse anyway....

Two of us will be leaving Seathwaite on Thursday 20th (about 09.30)going to Angle Tarn, Rossett Gill, then rest of leg 3 and back via Styhead. Steady pace, should be round in 5.30 too 6 hours.
Also leaving Keswick on Sat 22nd, leg 1, then back via a few extra tops for good measure, slightly faster pace on Sat.
If anybody fancies joining us, let me know.
