That's good advice. Also, at the Hebden a couple of week's back there was a large amount of no-shows and I ran with a couple of guys who'd just turned up, banking on this happening .... admittedly the weather overnight had been terrible and I suppose the snow stopped people getting there.

Of course, you couldn't guarantee a place, but if you're desperate and it's not too far to travel, well, it might be worth the risk?
