if there was a well paid welding job long term i would take the plunge but 5 yrs of mortgage left and we are on easy street , dont want another mortgage now , my goal was to have paid for my house by the time im 40 and i will be 41 , then its more play less work
Mortgage paid off by 41. I wish! Another 9 years to go for us. But then again we're in an old farmhouse up Eccles Pike with fantastic views. It's worth suffering the mortgage for a bit longer.
P.S. I'm on a keyboard with a dodgy G, so the odd word might come out rather strane!
