no it's tomorrow - but hubbie is out rowing in the morning and i need to be there before 9 to be within a shout of entry so it's looking highly unlikely
think I'll do an hour on the bike followed by a 5 mile run - it's very flat here and very hard on the mind!!

Bike ride was good thanks, great road from Slaidburn over Lamb & Tatham fell. Loads of great looking bikes out there - soon be Xmas!
