Fitness Loss
I have done no running at all for last 6 weeks and I am down for Lakeland 100 this weekend. I am still slightly under the weather. How much fitness have I lost ? Should I forget about target times/racing it and focus on meeting the cut off times ? ![Confused](images/smilies/confused.png)
P.S I feel like I have lost everything

Cheers up
... Apparently you loose something like 5% of your cardio ability every 2 weeks when you go cold turkey.
But if you've been training regular before, you can gain back your previous 'fitness' within a month. Go and enjoy the Lakeland 100, screw timings and placing.. Just try your hardest and you'll be right.

Thanks Mate. Think that's what I'll be doing it
and that's why I am so relaxed about it
