Another vote for the Mudclaw 300 here. My UK 7.5 in "precision" fit only weigh 265g anyway, but are more robust than the 265s I reckon.
Roclite's are a great trail shoe, but not a patch on the Mudclaw when it comes to proper, steep fell terrain.

Another shout out here for Inov-8 Roclites!
They're a fantastic all-round fell shoe. The Mudclaws are also excellent, but aren't quite as comfortable as the Roclites on hard packed terrain and those annoying road sections that crop up from time to time! They are more for full-on muck! I've done fell races in the Roclites and only bought the Mudclaws for more security and confidence on wet grass and thick mud (which 'Claws excel at!). I've heard of several people who have used Roclites for the Bob Graham Round due to their all-round ability.
Ideal world= Mudclaws AND Roclites. Only one pair...? Has to be the Roclites!
