My training is confined to the gym mostly, but managing a good 3-4000ft climbing a day...  One more race this year, then 3 weeks over Xmas staying at one of those sports resorts in Fuerteventura, plenty of running, swimming and gym work...  Hopefully come back in great shape for the Marsden-Edale...  Hoping to build up to the Manx mountain marathon next September, via some Lakeland classics and Yorkshire 3 peaks, amongst others...
