Just waiting for mine to be delivered. Mumbai machli, extra hot! Yummy!
Had a great sandwich tonight: some leftover shoulder of lamb from yesterday's roast, some stuffing spread on one slice of bread, and a bit of gravy over the top of the lamb. Wow.
If anyone has cause to visit the Square Mile at any point, just a stone's throw from the Lloyd's building and the BoE (halfway between the two) is a place called Fuzzy's Grub. This takes my sandwich and pumps it full of steroids.
In this place, you choose your roast meat (chicken, beef, pork or lamb), add stuffing, choose your sauce (apple, mint, mustard, horseradish, cranberry), add a selection of roast vegetables, add some gravy, and away you go.
My favourite is the beef with horseradish, stuffing, roast veg and some gravy. On wholemeal, of course! A roast dinner on a sandwich.
The best sandwich ever!! (Just watch you don't make a mess of your suit)

Cartmel sticky toffee pudding. Restricted myself to getting through it in 3 hits to make it last a bit, it was nice.
Bombay Broccoli.

Bombay Broccoli? Didn't they used to post on here at one time? A dissident Fell Pony maybe?

1 tsp curry paste, 1 tbsp Pommodoro or equivalent, 1 tbsp water all in a pan. Add 1/2 a smallish broccoli head and basically cook to preference in its own juices with the pan lid on, agitating regularly and adding more water if it gets dry. Broccili loses up to 75% of its goodness if you boil it, doing it this way nothing escapes.
