Thanks. Be a walk in the park really (...a pipers band leads the runners round new-town-park, they break off and the race starts ).

10 mile, 4400feet, but a rather cruel run round the field to finish (when all ya wanna do is lay down and cry cos yer jellified legs hurt so much after the descent )

Will tell you all about it on Monday! (by forum if I did ok, else pm-wise if I get helicoptered off )
