    Cross Trainer

    Just wondering if any one could recommend a decent cross trainer for home use, am after something basic (ish) but good quality, price wise in the 100's not thousands.

    Have you looked at nordic Ski Trainers. I'm assuming you are looking at the 'stepper' type cross-trainer but Nordics are cheapish on ebay and would give a good quad, upper body work out. I'm looking at getting one.
