Get your swing centre to stay put!
Feel with your eyes closed whether your grip is letting go at the top.
Try drills with swing wrecking right hand forefinger and thumb off the shaft , so the grip is in the fingers.

( spot the disciple of Ben hogan, who they said had the golfing problem of having to play shots out of the divots he made the day before, so consistent was he! )
