Ayeup Saintsy! Bin a while. Glad to be back on-regular-line again.

Had my first run for 12 days last night (complete with brand new headtorch!) It was seriously too hot to run where I was - morocco. Club run over Pinhaw moor last night. Great to get back. Dark, cool, raining, decent pace for an hour and a bit. Nearly bl**dy killed me! so resting tonight.

Howgills Howler (Helm Hill organised) on Sunday for me. What's the weekend racing scene for you then?

p.s. Does that mean young Rabbit gets the beers in ready for our return while we're out on the course?

May one also suggest Auld Lang Syne. With an ale at the end o'the race it does have an added attraction!

Sand training sounds good but will leave the pleasure beach stuff to you. I'm happy to rock climb (tho rarely get chance now as climbing partner isn't around anymore) but them ride things are just plain too scary!!!

    But Que...? (Re the rabbit)

By the way...anyone know if it's a criminal offence to shout at one's better half when they turn the broadband modem off mid-forum post...?
