Weather is shocking here today. I pulled out 4800ft in 10 miles, so a similar ratio on paper, but obviously that was all treadmill work, and none of the descent to go with it!
.... and of course we need to run downhill to protect us from the eccentric contraction related DOMS from .... running down hill. Going up I am just power walking.
