Supposed to be a requirement for a negative test result next week, but there's a host of exceptions (certain occupations, children(?!?), and people who don't provide a negative test will not be refused entry, but simply fined (if a negative test is a requirement for boarding a UK-bound plane, then how can people arrive here without one to receive a fine?)

Whilst i'm fully complying with the restrictions, i can well understand any build up of frustration within the population.
