Enjoy the dunes too. I once had a good session in the sand dunes of Northumberland...Bamburgh Castle way...but that was way before I took up running and the sort of story to be told only after many many many more alcholic drinks than I've had tonight!

I'm bowing out now ...it's not that I'm being sensible...just completely scarred of the race tomorrow as it's 3 weeks since I raced, have had just one decent training run in last 2 weeks, and weather conditions look...ermm..."interesting" for a stroll around the howgills tomorrow!
