6.65 miles, 1,848 feet, 1 hour 41 minutes: Lingmoor Fell c/w from NDG. Mainly cloudy, some sunshine, intermittent light drizzle, no wind. Terrain damp and a bit slippery. First run with AAC since March last year - great to have company again. They left me for dead on the descents, but I held my own otherwise.
