scoliosis - hamstring
Since January (now late October) my hamstring has always become painful after running. I tried the 'normal' stuff, physio massage, self massage, stretching, stretching, but no solved yet.
I went to see a sport doctor, orthopedic (allegedly a former triathlete himself), at first he guessed the origin could well be in the back so he took X-ray but says couldn't see anything wrong. So next step MRI scan, I just got the report and apparently I have a mild scoliosis. I googled it and apparently scoliosis can cause body/pelvic asymmetry and therefore tight/painful hamstring, gluteus, pyriformis etc. No surprise.
Anyone here has own experience?
Cheers,
