I've rounded these up a little as I fell out with my watch for about a month, but was still running.
I was active on 185 days
93% was running
I did 140 hours of activity
I did 1,350 km (840 miles)
and ascended 41,000 metres (135,000 feet)
Overall, I think this shows I need to train more.
