Big thanks to Saddleworth Runners for putting this on today. Conditions were foul today. Excellent food at the end too

Many thanks to everybody involved with today's event.

Really good map, course, organisation, food and location.

Really shite weather...but nowt you guys could do about that.

Yep, epic pretty much sums it up! It was all very pleasant for the first hour or so and then a few flakes of snow started to appear... Certainly was a tough out there yesterday but then that's part of the challenge. Proud to be a member of Saddleworth Runners, hope we see you all back next year!

    Results are up here.

I’m very excited to be doing this one again on Sunday. A few forumites on the start list.
Inclement weather as usual; fun times to be had!

Oh FFS, I really wanted to do this! I missed it ast time it was run and it seems to have slipped by me again! A little gutted as I've got a pass out from the wife for a long run that day!

I was looking forward to this, but will have to give it a miss with a bad cold. I've let the organiser know in case there's a reserve list.

    Enjoy.

Was a fun one…very rare day where I wore full waterproofs, hat and gloves for the whole event.
Nav was spot on; route choice wasn’t: went to too many low-value checkpoints.
Cracking pie and cake to finish. Will have to see the results, but I’ll not be troubling the top this year.
