7 chest to floor press-ups plus 2 chin-ups every 2 minutes for 14 minutes. I upped the press-ups to even out the difficulty of the two exercises. I could have done another single chin-up, but not two.

I know I am not doing these often enough.
I think all of the commitment accolades are heading your way Mike for sure for legendary daily fell running over the last few years

EMOM press-ups routine. 12 reps (floor to lock to floor) press-ups, every minute, for 10 minutes.

Secs remaining for each of the 10X 1 min sets.

Dumbbell bicep curls. 2 X 12.5 kg. Simultaneous lifting with both arms. Eccentric lowering. 2 mins break between sets, during which I did x( 10) reps of floor to lock to floor press-ups. Curl Reps were to failure, per set.

    25 (10) - 21 (10) - 12 (10) - 12 (10) -11 (10) - 9 (10) - 9 (10)

I've stuck to having a 2 min 'break' between dumbbell reps, as I'm loathed to put a time pressure on myself to complete the arm curls and thereby risk rushing and a possible loss of form leading to potential back issues. Eccentric lowering also limited now to a count to 2 secs only, again to try and maintain form.

A good session - well done. Most people discussing eccentric lowering time say 3 seconds - I have no doubt you know that - but I agree form is more important than lowering time.

2 chin-ups plus 7 chest to floor press-ups every 2 minutes for 24 minutes. Almost felt like I could do 1 more set - almost.
