Press-ups, chest to floor variety, 14 sets to failure or near failure, 2 minutes rest between sets:

    20 - 11 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 8 - 8 - 8 - 7 - 7 - 6 - 6 - 6 - 6.

    So total of 120.

With the ongoing repairs in the "gym" from the leaking pipe I had to carry my Portagym upstairs to put it in the box room. I did this with it only partly disassembled - this should be added to the list of exercises that can be done with it.

Well done Mike. That's a heft number of reps and it sounds like a hefty haul of apparatus too! Never miss a training opportunity, eh!

    45 - 45 - 43 - 43 - 45 - 43 - 36 - 32 - 25 - 15

Today, I found this harder than usual from the 'get-go' as they say, and thought this wasn't going to end well. The final set does provide some relief in that you're able to use whatever time remains from the penultimate minute, plus the 'luxury' of the full final minute, knowing you don't need recovery time beyond the final set.
