Just spent some wonderful days backpacking and wild camping, along the Pennine Way to Keld; westwards to Nine Standard; along the Tan Hiil to Kirkstone Inn Over The Hill route as far as Cautley; and then a circuit of the Hows. Cracking weather! Glorious bivvys on the tops.

Dumbbell bicep curls. 2 X 12.5 kg. Simultaneous lifting with both arms. 1 min break between sets. Curl Reps were to failure, per set.

    19 - 13 - 11 - 9 - 10 - 9 - 7 - 8

Thanks for minding the thread Mike.

Still waiting for my post on the 'jab' thread to be posted. Seems it's been moderated out...for posing some questions - again!

Okay, I'm going to say you're an MV60.

When I was at school, during Maths exams, points were awarded for showing one's workings out of a posited answer (regardless of whether the final answer was actually right or wrong).

Press-ups, chest to floor, 12 sets to failure, 4 minutes = set + rest: 21-12-11-10-10-9-8-8-8-7-7-7. 118 in total.

I have spent a while opening a door with a brocken lock - the rotating bit had detached from the bit that sticks into the metal bracket in the door frame. I eventually managed to break the bracket by bending it back and forth until metal fatigue set in. Hard work!

2 chin-ups, E2MO2M x 30, so a total of 60. 2 minutes seems too long, but it makes the timing easy, and 1 minute is not quite long enough. At least 2 minutes leaves time for some squats, lunges, etc.
