Pull-ups are definitely not my favourite and my excuse is that the CU bar fits into a door frame and the grip is even narrower due to fixers. That's gotta be the explanation, nothing to do with being feeble![]()

. Good stuff though Mike. That alternating was what I tried to attempt the other day, with a grand notion of trotting out dozens of alternating sets. I was soon crestfallen when reality struck. I've really got to work on my pull-ups too. I see others knocking them out by the dozen and throwing them into muscle-ups too.
