    Run up Shutlingsloe

In principle, this is the sort of thing that would appeal to me, but I doubt whether I will be sufficiently recovered from my present bout of Achilles tendonitis in time for the event. Anyway, as Noel will agree, it goes up the wrong side of Shutlingsloe.

Nice. Probably not the best way up but I think even in my current state I could manage a 2km TT. Sadly not in my travel distance per race km limit though.

Call me cynical but this sounds like another company looking to make a living out of putting on running events.

Whats wrong with that you say?

    Nothing.

But don't try and pull the wool over my eyes with the "non profit" and "Charity Commission" smoke and mirrors crap. Oh, and "hope to generate enough funds to make donations to MRTs".

Can I win?. "Participating in our challenge makes you a winner"

What a load of bollocks. They won't be getting any of my money!

Where did you see all of that? I can only see the usual blurb about kit and distance etc.

If you scroll down Anthony's link Luke you'll get to a QR code. Above that is a link to their website.

Sorry, but I don't know how to transfer the link onto here.

Yes, there is a certain amount of b*ll**ks on their website, but less than you see on many other for-profit race organisations' websites. And in their favour, the entry fee is only £7.40, which still works out rather high per km, but it's a lot less than is typical for such events.
