Yup! They're pretty good to be fair. When my bolier packed in the biggest problem was getting someone out to look at it. British Gas sent sone someout a day later.
I reckon I've been in profit overall!
Depends what they're covering. I only pay £18 a month, but it only covers the boiler, not the radiators. Plus a guess the Bacup Manor House has a larger boiler than me.
Same thing happened with us. Boiler broke and tried to get in touch with loads of different people but no success. British Gas were out within hours but I had to sign up to the homecare plan. Fingers crossed they will be just as efficient.

Every single appliance is covered for that price. Even the dishwasher.
