He's fixed my knees and back so I could run after being injured for years.

my methods are very gentle
i start at the neck and work my way down, its an all over sports massage and i have seen many physios over the years so i know what they do with knees
it can get painfull , thats what the stick is for
one physio once said daz we can faff about for three sessions or do it properly in one.
i know you girls like it done correctly , its all about technique
right im off for a pint or two of magners
oh and with my physio you get a free back massage all for a cheap price as well
