    Well done Daz, bet you felt so much better after you'd done it! Often the hardest thing is getting out of the door and getting that first couple of miles out of the way.

    2hours7 for me, a nice off road route from a mates house in Headingley up to Eccup Reservoir and looping back.

    2 hours 31 non stop Ajohns. Was moving it as I said to myself, the quicker I run the quicker i will get home. Didnt work that way as I had 2 hours 30 to do no matter what.

    My first post on the training thread...
    2 reasons, I actually did some training and I went on some proper hills to do it
    10 miles up and around Ladybower on Saturday morning.

    6 miles steady , my legs ached a lot but it was a nice night , first time back on the pavement for a bit , loads of runners out tonight , but not one said hello
    i always say hi to runners but some are really miserable b,......rds , i doesnt take much to acknowledge each other

    yesterday out on the bike and didn't fall off. Today nothing

    First time back to circuits in 2 years.....shock and awe on the abs but otherwise not too shabby.

    Im the same Daz...I always wave and say hello...then its up to them to be miserable if they want...i usually manage a chuckle if im ignored, im sure its character building

    Don't know the mileage but 1 hour doing repeat steep hill intervals in short bursts. could hardly walk at the end.
