Few miles in the thick clag running round in circles trying not to get cold and miss imaginary paths!!

Didn't realise compasses could actually be quite SO useful!

Managed to traverse from noon hill to the pike in record time though

    Just thawing out nicely

Last night- first run in a few weeks. just about shifted a heavy bout of a winter cold.

Lovely run from Chunal up towards Mill Hill then Harry Hut.

Delightful if a bit slow through the snow. Good fun when you hit a deep patch. Some of the group spent more time rolling than running. Got to get out again before it all melts away.

Took the afternoon off work and went from Tockholes to Darwen Tower to Great Hill through tockholes woods and back to car. 11 Miles in total 2hrs, longest run in 4 weeks.

Felt brill before I went out-but feel tired now.

    Sorry coach!

I intend to get over your end next week anyway.I passed my old house the other day and felt a little pang of nostalgia, knowing that i used to step out of my door and be practically on Holcombe hill.

7.3 miles over Ilkley Moor, 1100ft of climbing. Looked at the 12 apostles, the swastika stone and the White Wells baths on the way round.

Then went to say goodbye to 2 of the 3 kittens.....
