7 miles last night, 7 miles tonight. Day off tomorrow. I think there might be a big race coming soon.

Finally decided to complete a personal goal I set at the beginning of this year. Ran to work this morning 21 miles down the A6 Chorley to Manchester.

That's some going for a morning run! How was the day at work after that? I've been meaning to cycle to work and back this summer, but didn't get round to it. It's about 30 miles each way along the canal!

Well back in Huddersfield for a few days before heading back up to my new base in the Lakes.
The weather for the past few weeks has been really nice and sunny, but really cold.
A morning run around Langdale has been beautiful and a lunch time stroll on the fells in Grasmere has been bril.
An easier day for me today, as Val is having a break today (thank goodness!)

Was feeling a bit worse for wear for about an hour or so mid-morning then perked up. Very tired late afternoon and stiff legs from being sat down most of the day. Didn't like the pollution from the traffic when running down the A6, much prefer the hills!!!

My personal goal is to run to work Darwen to Birchwood Warrington. Its 24miles via Winter Hill.

You have just inspired me to have a go at this. Thing is how did you/do I get home.
